The name Tshzhoki̊ Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Tshzhoki̊ Se was founded by Lirulindil Llywell, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Tshzhoki̊ Se has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Tshzhoki̊ Se receives an average of 242 cm/y (95 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Tshzhoki̊ Se covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 8638 m (-14609 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Tshzhoki̊ Se was founded durring the early 14th century in spring of the year 1309, by Lirulindil Llywell. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Tshzhoki̊ Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Tshzhoki̊ Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Tshzhoki̊ Se is buildings folow an organic layout of spacious cobblestone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Tshzhoki̊ Se weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The town's budget focused millitary grade defenses have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
A quick look in any direction shows Tshzhoki̊ Se is filled with vices. There are many taverns, brothels are advertising their services on the streets, cardsharks are plying their illicit trade within public squairs, and every shop has at least three signs advertising various sales on goods. That alone wouldn’t be too noticeable, if it wasn’t just so omnipresent and overwhelmingly how the people of this town live.
Civic Infrastructure
Tshzhoki̊ Se has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Tshzhoki̊ Se.
Tshzhoki̊ Se has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Tshzhoki̊ Se has a Department of Firefighters, which is responsible for organizing fire fighting efforts during a fire and enforcing local ordinances relating to fire safety.
Tshzhoki̊ Se has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Tshzhoki̊ Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Tshzhoki̊ Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Tshzhoki̊ Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Tshzhoki̊ Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
There’s a relatively new religion in Tshzhoki̊ Se which is rapidly gaining power. It might be a sectarian offshoot of a major faith, the unique product of a new prophet, or an outside faith backed by wealthy and powerful foreign supporters. Depending on the demands made on believers, the new faith may be a matter of concern only to the existing clergy, or it might be a major flashpoint for conflict in the community.
Tshzhoki̊ Se's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is inspired by the natural world, characterized by sinuous, sculptural, organic shapes, arches, curving lines, and sensual ornamentation. Common motifs included stylized versions of leaves, flowers, vines, insects, animals, and other natural elements. Decorative elements found on the inside and outside of buildings include intricate mosaic work, curved windows, and decorative trim work. .
In Tshzhoki̊ Se there is always just enough rain to be annoying.
The Blood Hawk near Tshzhoki̊ Se are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Tshzhoki̊ Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves long periods of drunkenness to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 1 via recitation of scripture.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century the Okhnǐ Sijĭti Meadows was struck by a drought when Pond Texcoco grew too small to continue feeding Stream Thames, which reduced the available water supply nationwide, but was especially harsh in the area arround Tshzhoki̊ Se. As the neighboring regions had no water so spare, Tshzhoki̊ Se lost 111 people, and 141 livestock in the disaster.. The drought lasted for 5 weeks, which are remembered as the Torment Thirst.
